It is well kept park. It is honestly the best park I have been to.
Visited someone not sure who or why. It was 11 months ago. But nothing bad stands out about it
I was told that people with dogs had to clean up the poop, well the man behind me is not cleaning it up, there are about 5 piles out here and the smell is awful and I am fighting flies to get into my back door and when I called them, they suggested I use my front door????? Excuse me? So I cant use my back door? I Pay my rent so I should be able to use both my doors without fighting flies. Well if he dont have to clean his yard then I dont have to pay to have mine mowed. This is Rediculous. And I will fight if they try to raise my rent, I am not the bad guy here. I have been here 7 months and had to deal with hammering for 6 of them and now dog poop. I dont want green flies in my home and on my food. They say its quiet but its not. The same guy did construction for over 6 months and plays his stereo so loud I cant hear my tv. They lie to you to get you in here. Its not quiet and its not clean. So I guess no one else should have to pick up after their dog. I have a cat and have to clean his box every day so...... he needs to clean it up. On top if that, I was told I have to have a storage building to put my lawn mower and such but they let him keep his yard piled up all the time, I am looking at a blue tarp all the time so he dont have to abide by the rules. I was told there is no time limit on cleaning up the poop? So that means it can be there for years I guess, so that contradicts their policy doesnt it? It dont have to be cleaned up.
Now the man behind me has his yard piled up with lumber and is now running his construction business right here in the Residential area. Would you like to hear sawing and hammering all day and all night next door to you? He does not have to have a storage bldg, his lawn mower is sitting by the porch as well as all his lumber and saw tables. I have called multiple times but they will do nothing. I did not agree to put my home next door to a CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS. I will have to seek legal help. Not a nice place or quiet place to live
Quaint and quiet community. Nice homes with well kept lawns. Not your typical trailer park.
Now there are people walking their dogs and letting them poop in my front yard. What the hell is wrong, Ill just go get me a big dog and bring him to your front yard and let him return the favor.
Lived there for 3 years and it's the best place to live in if you own a mobile home. Very clean and so green . No rentals here just the home owners.
