Beautiful, peaceful, the people are friendly and courteous. I drive an hour just to walk and Pokémon here.

Nice place for a picnic or walk/jog/bike ride. Well maintained. Safe area, police station is right across the road. Beautiful memorial structures in place. Many local events are held here including the town 4th of July celebration and fireworks.
This park has a lot of military history to read about while enjoying the openness of fields and the babbling of a nearby creek. The walkways lead under two bridges and on one side of the park is a pond with a fountain with frequent duck visitors, while the other end has a shaded park for children to play in. If you are interested in Pokemon Go then this park is for you There are many shaded areas to sit in while spinning for poke stops and catching pokemon that you lured in with an allure or taking the six nearby gyms. Overall, this is a great park for the entire family to enjoy.
Beautiful park with great field space, nice paved walking/biking trail. Awesome Pokémon GO scene and a very safe environment.
